Selection of Components
When Selection of Components is active in the option tree of the Reactive Transport tab, the user can select and define the components for the reactive transport project.

The table Components from Database gives a list of the components available in the selected database.
The table Gases from Database gives a list of the gases available in the selected database. Note that the list of gases is based on the information under the data block PHASES in the database and list only the phases that contains (g) in their name. The user can add other phases to the table Components from Input.
The table Components from Input provides the possibility to indicate other components and gases. Their thermodynamic data should be provided in the other input tabs, typically in Additions to database (see HPx - Input for transport).
In the last column, the user can select to transport Charge of the aqueous solution. Charge should be transported when a surface complexation model without accounting for a double layer that balance the surface charge. In that case, the solution will carry a charge. If a double layer is taken into account, the charge of the surface is neutral and it is not needed to have Charge as a component to transport.
