selected_output defines output variables to be written to output files.

HPx adds additional identifiers to selected_output for:

    • Write the number of moles of an element in all phases (-system)

Coupling with a transport simulator (HYDRUS1D, HYDRUS2/3D)

    • Node variables defined in the ORCHESTRA geochemical solver (-orchestra)
    • Enabling/disabling output during the transport calculations (-transport)

Coupling with HYDRUS1D

    • Generate a profile at each output time step (-profile)

Coupling with HDYRUS2D/3D

    • Define line probes to catch profiles over a line (-lineprobe)
