The OPC_min data block contains information on the composition of OPC in terms of weight percentages of the different constituents.

The data block contains following columns

Name

Unique identifier of the OPC composition. The name appears in linked drop down lists in input tables, e.g. Cement::Clinker::Mineral::Reference$ in the ModuleCement_Input_03_Recipe-mineral group of ModuleCement_Input_03_Recipe-mineral table.

Unit

Defines the used unit. Only mass% (i.e. g/100 g OPC clinker) is valid. Not used.

Alite

The mass percentage of alite in the OPC cement.

Belite

The mass percentage of alite in the OPC cement.

Aluminate

The mass percentage of alite in the OPC cement.

Ferrite

The mass percentage of alite in the OPC cement.

CaO

The mass percentage of CaO in the OPC cement.

CaSO4

The mass percentage of CaSO4 in the OPC cement.

CaCO3

The mass percentage of CaCO3 in the OPC cement.

Na2SO4

The mass percentage of Na2SO4 in the OPC cement.

K2SO4

The mass percentage of K2SO4 in the OPC cement.

MgO

The mass percentage of MgO in the OPC cement.

The names and order of these columns may not be changed.

Four compositions are available (the user can add additional other compositions with unique names - see Add records)

Lot06

OPC composition from Lothenbach and Winnefeld (2006) - Table 1.

CEMGEMS

OPC composition defined as default in the CEMGEMS application. The composition is used in the hydration benchmark for clinker dissolution

Alite

A hypothetical OPC with only alite (C3S) clinkers. The composition is used in the hydration benchmark for hydration of alite.

Alite-Alluminate

A hypothetical OPC with only alite (C3S) and aluminate (C3A) clinkers. The composition is used in the hydration benchmark for hydration of alite and aluminate.
